Overview

The report describes Toyota New Zealand's 2023 sustainability performance across its operations, Store network and value chain. It sets out a minimum 46% absolute reduction target for Scopes 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 2030 from a 2018/19 baseline and records total emissions of 1,552,614 tCO2e. The company adopted a double materiality approach and reported 341 employees, 37% female workforce representation and 29% female management representation. It also highlights hybrid-battery recycling, hydrogen mobility projects and community initiatives supporting decarbonisation and access to mobility.
