Overview

The report presents Toyota Tsusho's 2021 integrated account of value creation, six materialities, and group strategy. It establishes a target to reduce group Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 50% below 2019 levels by 2030 and to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. The report also highlights 64,402 consolidated employees and 3,420 MW of total power generation capacity. Selected energy-related CO2 emissions and water-consumption data were assured by LRQA, while the report records CDP grades of B for climate change and water security.
