Overview

The report presents TPG Telecom's first company-wide Sustainability Strategy, organised around customer wellbeing, inclusion and belonging, environmental responsibility and digital economy. For 2021, the company integrated group-wide energy and Scope 1/2 reporting, recording 1,167 TJ of energy and 242.3 ktCO2-e of combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions, while committing to renewable electricity in Australian operations from 2025 and a future net-zero pathway. Social highlights include 5,839 employees, gender action planning and zero fatalities across the group.
