Overview

The report describes Tradebe's annual double-materiality process and identifies environmental risk management, health and safety, talent, circular economy and waste, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity as key sustainability issues. It reports 470,973 MWh of total energy consumption, 2,694 employees at year-end, and a partial Scope 3 calculation limited to Environmental Services Spain. It also discloses EU Taxonomy eligibility of 23% of revenue, 15% of CapEx and 20% of OpEx. RSM Spain performed a limited assurance engagement focused on Annex II.
