Overview

The report describes the Group's ESG governance, with an ESG Committee supporting ESG management and the Board retaining final responsibility. During the Reporting Period, it received 177 customer complaints and dealt with all of them. Its initial environmental targets were directional, aiming to maintain or gradually reduce electricity consumption, water consumption and waste generation.
