Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is Ingersoll Rand's first sustainability report and organizes its triple-bottom-line discussion around Green, Giving and Growing. It follows the reporting principles and framework of the GRI guidelines, Version 3.0 (2006). Environmental metrics cover North American manufacturing facilities, including 2007 water, electricity and waste data. The report establishes 2006 as the global GHG baseline and notes that 2007 GHG emissions were still being determined.
