Overview

The report presents Ingersoll Rand's 2016 sustainability performance across environmental, social and governance topics. It reports 602,075 metric tons CO2e of combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions, approximately 400,000 MWh of energy use, 42,034 people in the year-end employee population, and zero work-related fatalities. The supplement also tracks progress toward a 35% Scope 1 and 2 emissions-intensity reduction target by 2020 from a 2013 base year, alongside water, waste, product-efficiency and community initiatives.
