Overview

The report is TCA's inaugural sustainability report for FY2021, prepared in accordance with GRI Standards: Core option. It highlights Board oversight of ESG, an eight-topic materiality assessment, and sustainability actions including energy and water conservation and waste management. The Group reported record FY2021 revenue of RMB 4,515.7 million and no incidents of fraud, bribery or corruption.
