Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is TIH's first standalone sustainability report and covers 1 July 2016 to 31 December 2017, with most main-text data focused on KMB and LWB's 2017 performance. It highlights the introduction of Hong Kong's first Euro VI diesel double-deck bus, solar-powered bus technology and electric vehicles. The report describes a stakeholder-led materiality assessment that prioritised eight aspects and reports 12,363 KMB and LWB employees at 31 December 2017. It also provides detailed environmental, employee, customer and community disclosures under GRI G4 Core and the HKEx ESG Reporting Guide.
