Overview

The report presents Tropicana's FY2025 sustainability performance across its property development operations, with 1,007 employees and Board-led sustainability governance. It reports 47,848 GJ of total energy consumption, 8,658 tCO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and 103,420 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. Total waste generated was 10,892 tonnes, while no work-related fatalities were reported. The Group set an interim target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 carbon intensity by 20% by 2030 from a FY2024 baseline.
