Overview

The report describes Truecaller's 2024 sustainability progress across climate, workforce and governance. It reports 710 tCO2e of total carbon emissions and a plan to reduce carbon-emissions intensity by at least 15 percent by 2030 from a 2023 base year. The report also presents a double materiality analysis, company-wide Code of Conduct, ethics, anti-bribery and data-protection training, and new ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 22301 certifications.
