Overview

The report presents the company's first Integrated Annual Report for the 2011 financial period. It identifies eight material topics and six sustainability focus areas covering employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers, the country, regulators, the economy, environment and communities, and transformation. The sustainability indicators report 91 760 tons of carbon emissions and participation in the Carbon Disclosure Project, alongside a group workforce of 9 475 employees.
