Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes the Group's 2019/20 sustainability progress, including a 17.73% reduction in GHG emissions from the 2012 level, joining the United Nations Global Compact, and 76% of development projects receiving BEAM Plus provisional ratings. Community programmes delivered over 174,000 volunteer service hours and served more than 8,000 less-resourced people and families.
