Overview

The report presents Halkbank's first Integrated Annual Report for 2021, combining economic, social and environmental performance under the IR Framework. It highlights TRY 730.5 billion of lending support and a 20,339-person workforce, with women representing 44.5% of employees. Operational emissions were reported at 72,962.33 tCO2e, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 disclosures. Sustainability oversight is assigned to a Board-level Sustainability Committee, and selected sustainability information received PwC limited assurance.
