Tsrs-Compliant Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents Halkbank's first TSRS-compliant sustainability disclosure, focused on climate-related risks, opportunities, governance, and performance. It reports consolidated gross Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, while Scope 3 is disclosed only for the Bank and is not presented on a Group basis. The Bank's near-term emissions targets were approved by SBTi in 2024, including a 50.4% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2032 from a 2021 base year. Halkbank also maintains a commitment to achieve net-zero emissions across its lending and investment portfolio by 2050.
