Overview

The report describes the Group's ESG transition as still developing: it released a TCFD Report in April 2024 and the Company's Sustainability Report for FY2024 in April 2025. In 2025, it began adopting IFRS S2 and relevant aspects of IFRS S1 after an initial review and gap assessment. The company says a standalone Sustainability Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 was scheduled for release by 30 April 2026, while its Sustainability Steering Committee manages ESG risks and impacts.
