The report presents u-blox's first Scope 1 and 2 emissions baseline, including 106 t CO2e of Scope 1 emissions and separate location- and market-based Scope 2 figures. It reports 17% female representation in the global workforce and two women among seven board members. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the board-level NCSC, supported by the Sustainability Steering Group.
