Overview

The report is UBTech’s first Environmental, Social and Governance Report for 2023. It describes a Board-led ESG governance structure, with the ESG and Sustainability Committee reporting to the Board. The social disclosures report 2,013 employees and zero work-related fatalities in the reporting year, alongside policies and performance information covering environmental management, products, data protection, supply chain, employee development and community welfare.
