Overview

The report covers UHL's first voluntary ESRS-aligned sustainability statement for 2025, combining climate, environmental, social and governance disclosures. It sets a fleet-wide pathway toward net-zero emissions by 2050 and reports 2025 Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. Operational highlights include biofuel deployment, vessel-efficiency initiatives and renewable-energy cargo growth. The workforce disclosures report 187 employees and zero work-related fatalities across the own workforce.
