The report presents UL Solutions' 2025 consolidated sustainability performance under operational control, with a footprint-and-handprint strategy and a preliminary double materiality assessment. It reports SBTi-approved targets to cut absolute market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions 50.4% and Scope 3 emissions 30.0% by 2032 from 2022. 2025 emissions were 25,241 tCO2e Scope 1, 69,782 tCO2e Scope 2 market-based and 128,092 tCO2e Scope 3; total energy was 304,346 MWh. Carbon data received limited external verification from Apex.
