Global Impact Report

Overview

The report presents UKG's FY25 sustainability performance across environmental, social, and governance priorities. UKG's near-term and net-zero climate targets were validated and approved by SBTi, while FY25 total emissions were 166,516 metric tons of CO2e and Scope 1 and 2 emissions received limited assurance. Social highlights include more than 100 impact events, approximately 28,000 external conference participants, and more than 2,000 employees activated in impact-led events.
