Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents the Ultra Group's 2023 sustainability performance through its ESG 2030 Plan, including progress on climate, energy, waste, safety, diversity and community objectives. It expanded the Scope 3 inventory to eight categories and reported 2023 Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. The Group reported 9,468 year-end employees and 22.2% women on the Board of Directors. Deloitte provided limited assurance over the non-financial information in the Sustainability Report.
