Overview

The report describes UniCredit's 2015 performance across financial, workforce, community and environmental priorities. It reports a 77% employee Engagement Index and approximately €45.3 million in community contributions. Group GHG emissions fell to 330,327 tons, 33% below the 2008 base year, and the company set new Scope 1 and 2 reduction commitments of 60% by 2020 and 80% by 2030. Sustainability governance was supported by the Group Environmental and Social Council.
