Overview

The report describes how the company continued to embed its purpose of making sustainable living commonplace through the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan. It reports progress across health, environmental impact, sustainable sourcing, livelihoods and women’s empowerment, including two targets approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative. The company also reports 154,848 employees at year-end and 38% female representation on its 13-member Board. Climate-risk governance, GHG accounting under the GHG Protocol and selected PwC assurance of manufacturing environmental metrics are also disclosed.
