Overview

The report presents Union Assurance's integrated 2017 performance under the Integrated Reporting Framework and GRI Standards. It reports Rs. 10,118 million in gross written premiums, a workforce of 4,808, and a 21% reduction in carbon footprint to 1,294.69 tCO2e. Natural-capital disclosures include 6,474 GJ of energy use and 20,258 m3 of water consumption. KPMG provided reasonable and limited assurance over defined financial and sustainability indicators.
