Overview

The report presents Unite's 2020 sustainability priorities across climate, resource efficiency, employee and student wellbeing, inclusion and governance. It sets a net-zero carbon ambition for new construction and existing operations by 2030, supported by renewable-energy actions and detailed Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 disclosures. Energy consumption and GHG emissions covering 100% of operations received Reasonable Assurance from SGS UK Ltd. The report also describes Covid Secure workplace measures, student support initiatives and new TCFD-aligned climate-risk governance.
