Overview

The report presents the Group's 11,500 staff across five production bases and describes safety, training and employee development. It highlights the successfully adopted ISO14001 environmental-management system and extensive environmental treatment infrastructure. Community initiatives included more than 30 donations amounting to nearly RMB100 million, including RMB46 million in education scholarships benefiting 48,000 students.
