Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents UNT's 2024 sustainability performance across governance, climate, energy, water, waste and workforce topics. It reports 608,256.66 MWh of comprehensive energy consumption, 8.51% renewable energy use, 1,900,537 m3 of water consumption and 15,339.12 tons of waste generated. Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions are 100,115.95 and 317,258.32 tons of CO2 equivalent, alongside a company commitment to reach net zero from its own operations in 2050. Social highlights include 4,857 employees, 26 hours of training per employee and no occupational safety fatalities, including contractors.
