Overview

The report is UOI's first sustainability report, prepared in accordance with GRI G4 Core and covering ESG performance across all business operations for FY2015-FY2017. It describes a material ESG issue process based on senior-executive assessment in a workshop facilitated by an external sustainability expert. The 2017 people disclosures report 96 employees and an 82 per cent women workforce share.
