Overview

The report presents a purpose-led operating model focused on customers, employees, communities, investors, the environment and suppliers. It reports in line with TCFD and the Integrated Reporting Framework and sets a 42 per cent Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030. The emissions inventory was expanded and prior-year data restated using the latest carbon accounting workbook. The year also records extensive COVID-19 support for customers, employees and communities.
