Overview

The report describes Universal Store's early sustainability journey around four pillars: Tread lightly, Expect transparency, Amplify our actions and Climate Action. In 2021, the company initiated energy-efficient LED lighting across its stores to reduce electricity-related emissions and developed a new Supplier Code of Conduct applying to all suppliers. It also highlights the publication of its first Anti-Modern Slavery statement and related training for key teams.
