Overview

The report describes the Board’s highest-level oversight of ESG matters and a three-level ESG management system. The Group reported 192 employees at December 31, 2025 and location-based Scope 2 emissions of 110.7 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent. It also set water and electricity and paper-reduction targets, while reporting RMB156,856 in donations and 324 volunteer hours.
