Overview

The report presents UOA Development's FY2024 sustainability performance across economic, environmental, social and governance topics. Highlights include RM973.2 million in total income, total energy consumption reported as 134,467 Gigajoule, 18,839.3 tonnes of waste generated and 569.6 Megalitres of water consumed. The Group disclosed 1,266 tCO2e Scope 1, 18,575 tCO2e Scope 2 and 1,855 tCO2e partial Scope 3 emissions. It also reports zero workplace fatalities, 19% female board representation and adoption of TCFD recommendations since the end of FYE 2024.
