Overview

The report is urban-gro's inaugural 2024 ESG report. It uses the WEF Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics as a reporting guide rather than formally aligning to a framework, and describes a standing ESG committee of three independent board members. The company launched a double materiality assessment in December 2023 that identified 14 material topics, including cybersecurity, business ethics, DEI, energy management, and recruitment, development, and retention.
