Corporate Sustainability Report

Overview

The report introduces USG's first Corporate Sustainability Report and frames EcoBlueprint as a company-wide strategy spanning internal operations, market-facing activities, and products and services across U.S. and international operations. It sets three worldwide 2020 goals from a 2005 base year: life-cycle assessments for 100 percent of products, a 20 percent greenhouse gas reduction, and a 50 percent reduction in operational waste-to-landfill. The report also highlights energy and water efficiency, product sustainability, safety, diversity, employee programs, and community investment, including more than $18 million donated by the USG Foundation.
