Activity and Sustainable Development Report

The report presents Valeo's 2017 growth alongside its sustainable-mobility strategy: consolidated sales reached €18.6 billion, with electrification, autonomous driving and digital mobility identified as the main growth revolutions. It reports 111,600 employees and 2,250 GWh of total energy consumption, while the Group's 2016-2020 plan targeted an 8% reduction in direct and indirect greenhouse-gas emissions. Valeo also maintained a leading sustainability position, including a CDP A- Leadership grade and first place in the auto-components category in RobecoSAM's assessment.
