Overview

The report describes Valmet Automotive's first Double Materiality Assessment in 2023 and its preparation for future CSRD-aligned reporting. It reports externally validated carbon neutrality for its own Scope 1 and 2 operations since January 1, 2022, with remaining 2023 emissions of 3,904 tCO2e compensated. Waste generated decreased to 8,342 tons in 2023, while the group recycling rate reached 63%.
