Overview

The report presents Valmet Automotive Group's 2025 sustainability performance for continuing activities in VA and RKS following the IONCOR divestment. It is prepared based on ESRS but is not a complete Sustainability Statement, and only Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions received limited third-party assurance. The group reports 464 tCO2e of remaining market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions, validated 2030 science-based reduction targets, and 1,653 directly employed workers.
