Overview

The report describes the Group's 2020 ESG governance structure, with the Board providing overall direction and an ESG Committee implementing and reporting initiatives. It reports the launch of a proprietary ESG scorecard, an ESG exclusion list, engagement processes and ESG training, alongside the Group's PRI signatory status. Environmental and social disclosures include 5.8 tonnes of Scope 1 emissions, 377.7* tonnes CO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 468 MWh of electricity consumption and zero work-related fatalities.
