Overview

The report describes the 2009 launch of Good Neighbour as Provident Financial's new flagship community programme, replacing Spark and supporting local projects, employee volunteering and matched giving. Employee participation in community initiatives rose to 604 people across the group. Group energy consumption was reported at 14,903 MWh, alongside a carbon footprint headline of 11,870 tonnes. The report's corporate responsibility data and commentary were externally assured by Corporate Citizenship.
