Overview

The report describes Provident Financial Group's 2020 efforts to maintain responsible lending and support customers, colleagues and communities during the Covid-19 pandemic. It sets a Group target to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2040 and reports 4,507 tonnes of CO2e offset for the operational footprint. The Group also aligned its sustainability strategy with five priority UN Sustainable Development Goals and reported £1.2m invested in community programmes, money advice programmes and social research.
