Overview

The report presents Var Group's first voluntary Sustainability Report for financial year 2024, covering 30 April 2023 to 30 April 2024. It reports 3,852 people, 17,464 MWh of total energy consumption and 76% certified renewable electricity, alongside 2,938 tCO2eq of Scope 1 and 1,809/626 tCO2eq of location-based and market-based Scope 2 emissions. The company reports zero work-related deaths and 15 accidents, and describes a dual materiality assessment inspired by ESRS.
