Overview

The report presents Varia US's 2022 ESG performance, including 63,155 MWh of total energy consumption, 2,015,773 m3 of water consumption, and 11,014 MT of waste production. It implemented SASB and TCFD reporting and obtained external assurance over selected energy, GHG, water, and waste data. The company also formed a board-level ESG Committee and expanded sustainability initiatives including Green Globes certifications, ENERGY STAR certifications, green leasing, renewable energy, and resident-focused programs.
