The report presents VEON's 2019 group-wide scale with $8.9 billion in total revenue and 46,492 employees. It highlights energy-efficiency actions and reports 2,597 mln MWh of total energy use, with Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO2 emissions of 0.16 mln tonnes and 1.10 mln tonnes. The company also describes digital entrepreneurship, digital skills and literacy, and digital inclusion programmes across its operating countries.
