Overview

The report describes a challenging 2024/2025, while Verbio achieved record production of biodiesel and bioethanol and continued expanding biomethane and renewable-chemicals capacity. It presents a double-materiality analysis, EU Taxonomy eligibility disclosures and a detailed non-financial Group statement. Environmental reporting includes total energy consumption of 2,241,480 MWh, water consumption of 3,039,669 m3, Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, and 1,156,469 tonnes of waste.
