Overview

The report describes the company's 2021 ESG governance, environmental performance and workforce profile. The Board held overall responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting, supported by an ESG task force. The Group reported 18,798.70 tonnes of GHG emissions, total energy consumption of 29,281,862 Kilowatt-hour and total water consumption of 173,947.31 m3. It had 3,640 full-time employees at year-end and set a 10% Group-wide emissions reduction target for 2030.
