Overview

The report describes Vestum's initial 2021 sustainability framework, including Group-wide governance, stakeholder and materiality work, business ethics, environmental priorities, and social responsibility. The board establishes the overall sustainability strategy, while management and ESG functions support implementation across subsidiaries. Reported workforce highlights include approximately 1,800 employees and women representing 17 percent of Group board members; broader Vestum sustainability reporting was intended from 2022.
