Overview

The report is Videndum's first standalone ESG report for 2021, describing a coordinated Group-wide approach and a newly established ESG Committee. It reports first-time Scope 3 measurement, with Scope 1 emissions of 1,357 tCO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 2,524 tCO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 119,435 tCO2e for 2020. It sets net-zero targets for Scope 1 and 2 by 2035 and Scope 3 by 2045, alongside nearer-term reduction milestones. Social highlights include no work-related fatalities since 2002, 14% female Board representation and approximately 2,000 employees.
