Overview

The report presents the Group's 2023 ESG performance for 1 January-31 December 2023 and describes ESG governance through an ESG Committee and Working Group. It reports 12,628 CO2e tonnes of GHG emissions for the Dongguan-only environmental boundary, 1,264 year-end employees, 27,342 training hours and zero work-related fatalities. It also highlights 296 community volunteer hours and a medical-equipment donation valued at approximately RMB1,080,000.
