Overview

The report presents 2023 as a mixed year: consolidated revenue increased 15.7% to EUR 98.1 million, while profitability fell short of targets. Vincit highlights continued investment in AI, including more than 100 employees obtaining officially recognized AI certifications. Sustainability priorities covered customers, people and planet, including carbon-neutral own operations and a carbon-neutral value chain ambition. The Group employed 720 people at year-end across Finland, the United States, Sweden and Poland.
